Due to Health Canada regulations governing cannabis retail, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used cannabis products under any circumstances.
Unopened products in original sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery for store credit. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Store credit is issued immediately.
